Curtain of Mediocrity

 

Each page did speak to me about nothing,

But, the mediocrity that had settled in, 

I knew I was the writer,

I knew each page is mine,

And so will be the story.

I had to rethink to reinvent my story,

I had to revisit to reassure myself,

I had to reinstill the courage to rewrite my life,

I had to recompose the song of mine,

I had to redraw to recolour the painting of my life.

I did this  to remind,that my story is not about mediocrity.

I did this to restage , the whole idea of my being.
